Jobs4Interns uses student ID photos to verify that you are an enrolled student and meet our age requirement. ID images are stored encrypted in private storage, never shown publicly, and are viewable only by authorised admins (via short-lived signed links). We log each admin view (who, when, which student). Photos are kept for verification and for legal and compliance requests from authorities; they are not deleted on a fixed schedule after approval.

If your account is closed, ID images may be removed after the period set in ID_RETENTION_DAYS_AFTER_CLOSURE when configured; otherwise they are retained.

You must re-verify with a current student ID every 90 days. Your email and phone number are never shown on public profiles. Employers see reference contact details only after shortlisting you for a matched role.
